KNOW YOUR INDIA 2026 is governed by these official rules enforced by AILT Global Academy, Rajkot.

SCORING & TIE-BREAKING RULES
- The National Qualifier consists of 40 questions carrying a total of 100 marks (2.5 marks each).
- There is no negative marking in either Stage 1 (Qualifier) or Stage 2 (Grand Finale).
- The Top 5 eligible Junior participants (Classes 6–8) and Top 5 eligible Senior participants (Classes 9–12) will qualify for the Live Grand Finale on 19 August 2026 (Junior: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST, Senior: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM IST).
- Rankings are determined first by total score. Shorter server-recorded completion duration breaks ties.
- If an unresolved tie affects the Top 5 qualification threshold within either category, or the final Championship position, the official tie-break procedure will be applied.
- Practice Quiz scores have no effect on official competition ranking or finalist selection.
Important Notice to Participants & Parents:The National Qualifier leaderboard is provisional until officially locked by the Quiz Committee. The top 10 contestants will undergo strict identity verification prior to the Live Grand Finale on 19th August 2026.
1Competition is open to eligible Classes 6–12 students from recognized schools across India.
2Registration is 100% free for all participants and schools.
3One participant may register only once. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
4Correct and accurate student, class, and school information is required during registration.
5Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.
6The National Qualifier consists of 40 questions to be answered within a 25-minute countdown duration.
7Question order and option choice order are randomized independently for each participant.
8The quiz must be attempted independently by the registered student.
9Use of search engines, AI assistants, reference books, or assistance from another person during the quiz is strictly prohibited.
10Multiple official attempts by the same participant are blocked by the server.
11Manipulation of local device time, session forgery, or unauthorized system access will result in disqualification.
12Recorded server submission timestamp and score constitute the official submission record.
13Top candidates undergo strict identity and eligibility verification prior to finalist declaration.
14The qualifier leaderboard is provisional until complete verification is conducted by the Quiz Committee.
15Top 10 verified finalists must participate in the live final round to remain prize-eligible.
16Finalists may be required to undergo camera-on video identity verification during the Grand Finale.
17Failure to verify identity or eligibility will result in replacement by the next highest eligible participant.
18Tie-breaks are resolved using canonical criteria (Score -> Valid Completion Time) and a supervised tie-break round if an unresolved cut-off tie occurs at Rank 10.
19₹11,111 cash prize is awarded exclusively to the verified Grand National Champion.
20Every eligible participant who completes a valid qualifier attempt receives an official E-Certificate of Participation.
21Publication of winner and finalist names, school, and media follows competition consent settings.
22Personal contact details (mobile, email, address) will NEVER appear on the public leaderboard.
23The AILT Global Academy Quiz Committee reserves the right to decide all disputes according to published rules.
24Fraudulent attempts or verified technical/scoring anomalies may be invalidated or corrected by administrators.
25Completing registration constitutes full acceptance of all official competition rules and terms.
